We understand that visiting the dentist can be a source of anxiety for some people. At Green Park Dental we like to think we go that extra mile to reassure our patients, starting from before they enter the Practice.
Before your appointment
To better understand your concerns regarding visiting the dentist, we ask that you fill out a nervous patient form before your appointment, so that we can understand the best way to help you and to make your visit to the Practice as stress-free as possible. We are happy to have a phone call, email or Zoom call prior to your appointment, to discuss your concerns and to reassure you, before your visit. We also offer an e-consultancy service, via email or Zoom where we can offer advice without you having to come to the Practice. You can send us a photo and details of your issues and we will get back to you within 24 hours where possible.
Welcoming and friendly staff
When you arrive at the Practice you will find that our dental team, from receptionist, hygienist to dentist are welcoming and friendly. We are fully aware that some people are apprehensive about visiting the dentist and we aim to make your visit here as relaxed as possible. If you need any treatment, your dentist will fully explain the process and together you will decide what will be done next, keeping you in full control at all times.
