Dr Nikolay Tsintsarov is an experienced dentist with over 20 years of clinical practice. He is known for his calm, gentle approach and for building lasting relationships with patients by providing personalised, high-quality dental care in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Nikolay provides comprehensive dentistry with a strong focus on minimally invasive, long-lasting solutions that combine oral health, function, and natural aesthetics. He has a particular passion for complex smile transformations, bringing together treatments such as orthodontics, dental implants, restorative dentistry, and beautifully crafted composite and ceramic veneers to achieve bespoke results that complement each patient’s individual features.

A strong advocate of digital dentistry, Nikolay incorporates the latest technology into every stage of treatment planning. Using advanced 3D Digital Smile Design, he creates a highly accurate 3D-printed trial smile (mock-up) that patients can try directly in their mouth before any permanent treatment begins. This allows patients to see, feel and experience their new smile in advance, take photographs, and visualise exactly how they will look once treatment is complete. Patients are able to provide feedback and make refinements before committing to the final treatment, ensuring complete confidence in the planned outcome and delivering predictable, natural-looking results.

Outside the practice, Nikolay enjoys family life in Bath with his wife, Polina, their daughter, Elicia, and their two Japanese Chins, Cleo and Jovi. When he is not creating beautiful smiles, you’ll usually find him on the tennis court or enjoying the tranquillity of fishing by the lake.
