Green Park Dental Practice: Terms and Conditions.

• Payments 

• Our fees include your treatment time allocated and carried out within the practice plus any dental expenses for laboratory items. We ask that all accounts are kept up to date, fees being payable at the end of each visit you make.

• We can accept payment via

·         Visa                                

·         Mastercard

·         Maestro

·         Cheque                                                                       

• Patients opting to join ‘Denplan Care’ pay a small monthly sum via Direct Debit and are covered for all costs excluding laboratory fees.

• Interest free payment 0%

• Should you require advanced or extensive treatment, we can arrange for your costs to be met by a special 0% interest loan. This is set up through a dental finance company. Your costs are paid directly to the dentists in advance, allowing you to access all the treatment you require. Payment is then made by convienient maonthly amounts on an interest free basis.

• Cancellations

• If you need to cancel an appointment, we request a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel giving us an option to re-schedule the allocated appointment to another patient.

• A fee may be charged due to late a cancellation and / or missed appointments
